Shamir founded StoneCore to rebuild private-markets investment banking from first principles — small senior teams, an uncompromising bar for the work, and a maniacal urgency to close. He leads the firm’s most complex mandates across private equity and commercial real estate, owning each transaction from positioning through to signing.
